New Trustees Call Out

🌟 WE’VE BECOME A CHARITY – AND WE WANT YOU TO HELP SHAPE WHAT COMES NEXT! 🌟

Meta4 Dance has just been registered as a charity (a Charitable Incorporated Organisation), and it’s a really exciting time to join us. Our mission is to bring contemporary dance and dance education to the heart of rural communities across Northumberland.

We’re growing our board of trustees and looking for passionate people to help guide the charity through its first chapter, keep dance accessible for all, and help the work we do here in Northumberland grow.

Qualities we are looking for:
🌟 Enthusiasm for our work, ethos and ambitions for the charity.
🌟 A professional approach and excellent communication skills.

✨ The chance to help build a brand-new charity from the ground up.
✨ The chance to use your skills and gain board-level experience.
✨ Collaboration with like-minded, creative people.
✨ Discounted access to our events and classes.

Our journey so far:
🎉 Over 5 years of impact in our communities.

⏳ Around 10 hours a year for project reviews.
Trustee roles are voluntary. Reasonable expenses are covered.

Exciting opportunities await:
🌄 Get involved with our community projects.
🏡 Connect with communities across Northumberland.
🩰 Help develop audiences, classes and creative opportunities for children, families and adults.

Ready to come on board?
Join us as a guest at our next trustee meeting on Sunday 17 January 2027, 10:30am (online). We’ll give an overview of the roles, introduce the team, and answer your questions. It’s a relaxed way to get a feel for what being a trustee involves.

Can’t make that date, or prefer a one-to-one chat first? We’re happy to arrange an informal call at a time that suits you.
