  • Yes, of course. You are very welcome to come to one of our classes. They are very relaxed with Charlie teaching, and you can come along for a trial to see if it is something you would like to do first. If you have any queries, do not hesitate to ask us.

  • We teach contemporary dance. This is sometimes tricky to explain! But it is a style of interpretive dance that embraces innovation & blends techniques from various genres such as ballet & modern. It is a wonderful way to express your feelings and emotions by taking some time just for you.

  • Yes we can! We deliver bespoke dance school workshops for each individual school. If you are currently working on a certain theme, we can create a workshop around it. If you would like us to create a small dance performance with your pupils, we can also do this. If you would like to learn more about how we can deliver a dance workshop to your school, send us an email or give us a call.

  • When we started the company we discussed how dance can be used as a metaphor as it's defined as "A thing that is representative or symbolic of something else".

Charlie, one of our directors, is also severely dyslexic, and he finds reading words that sound the way they look much easier to read! So we settled with Meta4 - spoken (met-a-for).
