The show

After delivering 15 workshops fusing dance and football together for rural Northumberland schools at Dance City, we created a family focussed football dance show for the whole family to watch and enjoy.

Each show of Jumpers for Goalposts comes with a family friendly football dance workshop which is a fantastic way for audiences to learn how to translate movements they are used to seeing or using in football into a short dance routine.

Jumpers for Goalposts has previously toured to 8 locations across the North East: Stockton International Arts Festival, Mouth of the Tyne Festival, Feltonbury Arts Festival, Alnwick Playhouse, Felton Village Hall, Thropton Memorial Hall, Seaton Delaval Community Centre and Acklington Village Hall.
